How a payment works
Every payment, one instruction at a time
Instruction
You submit a complete payment instruction: amount, funding currency, beneficiary, purpose and destination.
Review
We review the payer, beneficiary, source of funds, destination and corridor before anything moves.
Quote
You receive and accept a transaction-specific quote: rate, our charges (max 2.00%), settlement amount, route and timing.
Funding
You fund the payment using the provider-specific instructions issued for that transaction.
Settlement
The provider converts as required and delivers to the approved bank account or external wallet.
Receipt
We confirm status and issue a receipt. If a payment can't complete, recoverable funds are returned to source.

We do not hold customer funds. Every payment is transaction-specific and remains in transit for screening, conversion and delivery through our contracted providers.

Globex Payment Services Corp. intends to operate as a Money Services Business registered with FINTRAC and as a Payment Service Provider under Canada's Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA).
